'NEW-MEAT' Debuts in Leading Italian Restaurants, Redefining Culinary Boundaries

Redefine Meat, the dynamic Israeli based AI-additive (3D) meat producer's 'New-Meat' Debuts in Leading Italian Restaurants via Redefine Meat’s strategic distribution European partner, Giraudi Meats. Already a select group of traditional Italian 'meat' restaurants now have one or more of the New-Meat range on their menus.

Redefine Meat’s extensive range of plant-based premium cuts, pulled meats and minced-based products deliver a level of taste, texture and mouthfeel comparable to any high-quality animal meat such as Angus and Kobe.

New-Meat is recently endorsed by Michelin-starred chefs across Europe, including Joe Bastianich, former Italian Masterchef judge and Michelin-star chef of several restaurants across Italy.


The Italian commercial launch follows the successful pilot of New-Meat in select restaurants in key Italian cities, from everyday food establishments to steakhouses, right through to fine-dining and Michelin-star restaurants.

According to Eshchar Ben-Shitrit, CEO and Co-Founder of Redefine Meat, says the high-end Italian restaurant meat market is uncompromising, demanding nothing but quality.
