These Antipodean vegan cheese nominees are part of a plant-based cheese market experiencing significant growth. Valued at approximately USD 1.30 billion in 2023, the market is forecasted to expand at an annual rate of 13.4%, reaching around USD 3.55 billion by 2032. This expansion is largely driven by the increasing consumer demand for sustainable and health-conscious alternatives to animal dairy products.
