With more people looking for sustainable, animal-free alternatives, revyve’s new yeast-based texturizer ticks all the boxes. Not only does it replace eggs in gluten-free recipes, but it’s also clean-label and allergen-free, making it a win for anyone seeking healthier, more planet-friendly food options.

Cedric Verstraeten, CEO of revyve, says, “Our ingredients can help make everything from eggless mayonnaise to soft, fluffy pastries without sacrificing taste or texture. And the best part? It’s all-natural, non-GMO, and packed with protein.”

To meet growing demand, revyve has also opened a brand-new facility in Dinteloord, Netherlands, where they’ll produce 300 tons of yeast annually - the equivalent of 80,000 laying hens.

Revyve’s mission doesn’t stop at just egg like texture. Their yeast-based ingredients come from upcycled sources, meaning they’re helping reduce waste at the same time creating chicken-less Earth Friendly food.
