This year’s headline? Less “what’s next”, more what’s necessary. The one-day summit, hosted by Food Frontier, isn’t just talking transformation. It’s calling time on the alt protein status quo and lining up a cast of thinkers, tinkerers, and truth-tellers to map out what actually works, scientifically, socially, and commercially.

If you’ve been feeling the sector’s recent wobble, softening sales, investor nerves, regulatory crawl, AltProteins 25 is here to inject some much-needed spirit into the conversation. Expect less chest-beating, more change-making.

Headliners include:

The program promises hard questions; like who’s actually eating this stuff? Why aren’t we scaling faster? And how do we get from lab-bench to lunchbox without losing the planet or the plot?

But this isn’t all panel talk and polite applause. Expect tasting sessions, hands-on experiences, and offstage encounters with those rewriting the rules of what we eat, how we grow it, and where real impact lies.

Early bird tickets are now on sale for $299, and with last year’s event a sell-out, don’t expect them to hang around.
