About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • Seasonal fruit of choice – chopped

  • Apples & pears, grapefruit, kiwifruit, feijoa, berries including strawberries, grapes, blueberries

  • Oat milk – Almond is OK if preferred

  • Buckwheat or chopped nuts as a garnish

  • Garnish with mint
