About the Recipe
Avocado can be a great weight reduction fruit. Yes it is a fruit originally from Sth America. They are also a great source of natural plant oils.
Ingredients
1 Ripe avocado
1 Ripe banana
2 teaspoons maple syrup or date syrup
2 teaspoons cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Cacao nibs or hazel nuts & a small sprig of mint for direction
Preparation
Step 1
Place all the ingredients into a blender retaining a little of the sweet syrup. Blitz until creamy and smooth
Step 2
Taste the mixture and add the remaining sweet syrup if you want a sweeter outcome.
Spoon into serving bowls and dress with cacao nibs or hazel nuts and mint.
