A healthy favourite full of beautiful Omegas for optimal brain health & support
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup hemp oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, hemp oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, hemp seeds, baking soda, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
